The world is in need of those who can do the works of God. But that will not happen if we think we are in a long-distanced relationship with Christ and the Father, in which we pray with a hope against hope that they will throw down a miracle from the throne room. We need to replace that concept of separation with the reality that Christ ascended to the Father so that they can dwell in us and be in our daily lives right now on this earth.

We tend to believe that Yeshua (Jesus) could do miracles because He was more than human. He was not. He was in the flesh just as you and I are in the flesh. He was not half flesh and half divine. He was the Son of Man, born of a woman, and raised on this earth. And by virtue of the enabling that every earthly human has, He developed a relationship with the Father where the power of God dwelled within Him.

As a human on the earth, before He ascended to heaven, Christ was able to touch God in the realm where He exists, to see Him in the realm where He exists, and to relate to Him in the realm where He exists. We, however, have trouble believing that we can know God as Christ did. God is Spirit. He is a heavenly Being in a heavenly realm. And our mindset as Christians is that we can only relate to Him after death when we are in a heavenly form.

Now that Christ is at the right hand of the Father, we do the same thing to Him, making Him distant and separate from us. Nothing could be further from the truth! The very reason Christ came in the flesh was to do away with the separation between us and the Father. He came to reconcile us to the Father, so that we can behold Christ and the Father, dwell in them and them in us, and have the abiding presence of God in us to do His works in the earth.

2. God created us as humans with the capacity, while we are alive in this human form, to have the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit dwelling in us. Not only can they dwell and abide in us, but they can also work through us the greater works in this age.
3. Our walk with God should be something much greater than what most Christians are experiencing today. The Father should be in us, and we should be in Him. And Christ should be in us, and we should be in Him. And the Holy Spirit should be in us, and we should be in Him. And the power of God should be dwelling in us, and we should be doing the greater works Christ spoke of.
